Pledges:

• Police: Ensure proper police presence throughout the area
• Safety: Remove unwanted and obsolete signs and posts from the pavements. Make the town centre a more pedestrian friendly area for shoppers.
• Tax: Work for a low council tax and an efficient council. Providing services because we need them not because they are politically correct
• Education: Ensure we have the secondary education and the skills training in Somerset that enable our young people to progress to gainful employment

I believe passionately in the importance of the community and I am committed to returning decisions back to the people wherever possible and away from the professional politicians and their officers.
